We have a 30–day return policy. Returns costs are calculated by our chosen courier, which will be deducted from your refund. (Excluding Porte Rico, and US territories which will have to pay for their own return.)

FAQs

Can I return my order?

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. 

  • All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 
  • If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
  • MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
  • To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items: Underwear, Face masks, Personalised products, (unless a manufacturing fault).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days.

Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

To take care of our planet, we don’t include any printed returns labels or paperwork with our orders. To place a return please click here.

Do you offer exchanges?

MORI does not offer exchanges in the USA

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat or email hello@babymori.com. We require a photo of the damaged or incorrectly shipped product along with your order number.

Are there items which cannot be returned?

To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:

Underwear.

Face masks.

Personalized products, (unless a manufacturing fault)

Final Sale items are non-refundable.

MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, that sets, multipacks etc, are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
