FAQs

Who does MORI send parcels with?

MORI uses a host of couriers and postal services to try and get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. 

In the US, parcels are sent via a DHL/USPS or Fed-ex/ USPS service. USPS often handles the shipping to your door.

Do I have to Pay import duty?

As MORI sends orders from within the USA you will not have to pay import duty on any orders placed at US.babymori.com.

MORI ships all international orders from our UK warehouse. All these orders are sent Shipping Duty Unpaid and the recipient will be liable to pay any inbound duty to send to a Non USA state or US territory head over to babymori.com

Orders going to full EU member states placed on EU.babymori.com should not be charged duty and VAT.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact our team at hello@babymori.com or on live chat we will try our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

It is possible that the warehouse has sealed the parcel but not labelled it as fulfilled at which point we would not be able to cancel the order.

Once the order has been fulfilled and left the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order and this would have to be refused shipping and sent back to MORI.

Can I change the order I made?

Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to change it. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@babymori.comor via live chat & we will try our best to update it.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.

How do I get free shipping?

MORI offers free standard US shipping on orders over $100

The total at checkout must be over $100 after any discount has been applied. Free shipping is only available for standard tracked shipping.

Orders to non-mainland US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands) will have a $25 shipping fee and do not qualify for free shipping or expedited services. Shipping times ranges from 10-20 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address on an order already placed please contact us by emailing hello@babymori.comor via live chat.

Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we can make a change to the shipping address.

If you have an account with us, you can easily update, add or delete the addresses linked to your account.

Where is my Parcel?

Once dispatched, you are sent an email with a hyperlink to track your parcel with the chosen courier.

You can also follow the progress of your order and access your tracking link from your MORIaccount here. The tracking number is located next to the products in the order details.

If the link is not working or the parcel has not moved in 3-4 days,please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at hello@babymori.com, and we will look into this for you.
