** Orders to non-mainland US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands) will have a $25 shipping fee and do not qualify for free shipping or expedited services. Shipping times ranges from 10-20 days.

Returns Policy

Returns costs are calculated by our chosen courier, which will be deducted from your refund. (Excluding Porte Rico, and US territories which will have to pay for their own return.)

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.

To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at hello@babymori.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return for the following items: 

  • Underwear.
  • Face masks.
  • Personalized products, unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

  • All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 

    If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

    MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned. 

    Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

    Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days.
